the location was very close to the colosseum. i could walk there in minutes. the room was very comfy and tidy. the staff communicated well with me. check in was easy and i felt safe.

there was a carrefour supermarket nearby. i found many shops and restaurants around the hotel. this made it easy to get food and drinks. the area felt safe to walk around at night.

the hotel is close to the colosseum and forum. i could reach the central metro station using only one bus. a bus and tram stop is in front of the building. it was easy to see many sights.

i was pretty annoyed by a couple of things. the shower barely had any water pressure, it was hard to rinse off, let alone relax. also, the walls are really thin, i could hear everything going on inside and outside. doors slamming and sirens all night! i barely slept, ugh.

i wouldn't say i loved the water pressure in the shower. it was more like a gentle suggestion of water rather than a proper wash. each ride seemed like a slow-motion journey to another dimension.

the location was excellent for sightseeing, especially the colosseum. our host, federico, was always ready to help with recommendations. the air conditioning worked very well, a welcome relief. we appreciated the proximity to many transportation options. the bathroom was modern and clean, but i did miss having a small shelf for toiletries in the shower.

while the guesthouse does not have its own restaurant, there were several dining options nearby. i noticed at least five restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk. they offered various cuisines, including italian and international options.
